Cognos Analytics 11.0.13 fix pack 2

Problem:
Only a spinning circle when i surf to http://caservername.domain.com/ibmcognos/bi/v1/disp after we have applied a fix pack to CA11.
Solution:
Clear the Internet explorer cache.
Launch IE (not chrome)
Tools – Internet Options – under ‘General’ tab click on “Settings” under ‘Browsing History’
Select ‘Every Time I visit the webpage’
Click OK
Clear out the cache by click Delete button
Remove mark for “Preserv Favorites website data”
Click Delete
Click OK
Close IE and launch IE then try again.
